Andrea Gautier

Andrea joined CIP in January of 2025. Andrea came from the JW Marriott Nashville Hotel where she was the Assistant Director of People Culture. In her role, she drove employee engagement, streamlined HR processes, and leveraged data analytics to enhance retention and workplace satisfaction.

Her prior experience includes HR leadership roles at Turnberry in Miami, where she managed comprehensive HR operations, implemented HRIS systems, and led recruitment and performance management strategies across corporate and retail sectors.

Andrea holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism from Florida International University. She holds the SHRM-SCP certification and is fluent in English and Spanish, She is passionate about fostering inclusive workplace cultures while aligning organizational goals.
