Dustless Sandblasting in Nashville & Southeast U.S.

Dustless sandblasting or vapor abrasive blasting technology is quite different from dry-blasting and even traditional water blasting. Dustless sandblasting uses vapor abrasive blasting technology that adds water and a blasting media simultaneously in a pressure pot. The result is a fine water mist combined with a blast force as powerful as dry blasting. This process uses less water than traditional wet blasting and it also significantly reduces dust.

At CIP, it is our goal to deliver the right service with the right technique for our customers who require industrial blasting services. So in addition to our sandblasting services and Nashville commercial painting service, CIP also offers dustless sandblasting or vapor abrasive blasting (also known as wet abrasive blasting). This is a quick and powerful alternative to dry blasting.

Industrial Vapor Abrasive Benefits

The vapor abrasive method is safer for operators to use, but it has many other benefits too.

Just a few are listed here:

  • Eliminates up to 92% of airborne dust
  • Can use a wide range of blast pressures
  • Will not damage surfaces
  • Works with all types of blasting media
  • Effective in virtually any environment, including rain and high humidity
